Who We Are
We are a socio-techno start up who dream to create a community based on mutual trust of domestic Gig workers and socially conscious customers.
Asking around for domestic skill workers on whatsapp groups or security guards should be history.
We are fostering a change in the manner domestic gig workers approach their work and customers perceive them.
The often quoted experience of domestic workers is, ”If I can cook for them, why are there different utensils for me”.
We have started our journey with the belief that such experiences harm service quality and social fabric. It’s a first step towards bringing the domestic gig workers in the net of social security,
medical insurance & facilities like creches etc.
What We do
We are encouraging domestic Gig workers to connect on our platform to get choice of work at their terms. This will allow customer to match his requirement with ease be assured of safety with our policy of only police registered profiles and safety features in the app. We are changing the way this demand and supply is skewed in favor of customers and encourages exploitation of workers who are not part of any safety net. Choice of work in hands of domestic gig workers is a powerful elixir for ensuring work is given respect and not compartmentalized as menial or small.
Why Us
Today the Middle and upper class is dependent on domestic helps to manage their work life balance. Still these important skills are not accorded enough respect.
Customers also find it quite difficult to find domestic helps who match all their requirements.
We are removing the hassle and providing police registered profiles on customer’s mobile for them to swipe away to happiness. We value customer privacy and ensure no customer information is
shared with domestic gig workers. We don’t discriminate on the question safety for all our stakeholders, and safety features like SOS button are provided to both customers and gig worker partners.
The alert generated by this SOS button is monitored by a specialized team trained to respond to concern ASAP. We take immense pride in our commitment to high service delivery and ensure replacement
if any gig worker partner cancels due to any reason. The domestic GiG workers also face emergencies and it’s a common concern that they are not allowed leave by their employer’s even in such situations.
