That is why we have developed processes and features to ensure customers &GiG workers face no issues. The GiGZEU community holds each other accountable to do the right things. We are all in this together with ourhighly trained team to support any safety & health concern.
Safety
We want our customers and gig workers to feel safe. With a sense of safety, the quality of delivery is assured to be high. We have built safety features into the app.
- We only list police registered profiles on GiGZEU
- App has an SOS button for Customers and GIG workers to connect with us in case of any issue
- Customer information is not shared with GIG workers and vice versa
- Highly trained team and tested processes have been deployed to respond to any reported incident
- GIG worker sensitization with training on safe work practices
Health
Health of our customers and gig workers who are part of this platform are paramount to us. We are not just consciously aiming to manage the COVID situation but to ensure that our GIG worker partners have better healthcare as our GIGZEU community grows.
- All our GIG workers use face masks and shields.
- GIG workers are sensitized via training about COVID prevention.
- GIG workers are symptomatically tested if reported by customer and they are inactive on the GiGZEU app till medical report declares them fit.
- We ensure that GIG workers living or having worked in containment zones are inactive on the app for the required quarantine period.
- We encourage GIG workers to take lave when sick, something regular work conditions make difficult for them.
- We reach out and share best practices with our customers for keeping themselves healthy.
India has 3.9 million domestic workers without any social safety net lets change this.
